Mobility Monday intuitive Workouts

Hey Fam! Mobility Monday!! With some extra reps in from Moonie Boo Boo!! 🌝💥❤️‍🔥 Get outside and get the sun on you and move that simple!! Do what’s you feel is best for you! Unsure on how to listen to the body and figure that out? Listening to your body and its intuition while working out is important for preventing injuries and achieving optimal results. Here are some tips on how to do it: 1. Start with a warm-up: Before you begin any workout, start with a warm-up to get your body ready for exercise. This will help your muscles loosen up and prepare for movement. 2. Pay attention to your body: During your workout, pay attention to how your body feels. If something feels uncomfortable or painful, stop immediately. If you find that you are struggling to complete an exercise, modify it or take a break. 3. Stay hydrated: Drinking enough water before, during, and after your workout will help keep your body functioning properly and prevent cramps and fatigue. 4. Push yourself, but not too hard: While it’s important to challenge yourself during a workout, it’s also important not to push yourself too hard. Listen to your body and take breaks if needed. 5. Stretch and cool down: After your workout, take time to stretch and cool down. This will help prevent soreness and stiffness later on. Also using the breath and incorporate specific pranayama practices that are in alignment with your personal goals. Remember, everyone’s body is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. Be patient with yourself and focus on doing what feels right for your body. #mobiltymonday #workouts #fitness #outdoor #outdoorworkout #homeworkout #health #fitness #healthylifestyle #bodymechanics
